Shipping & Delivery

Available jewelry and handbags items will be shipped within 1 to 5 days of payment confirmation. If an item is no longer available, you will be notified by email. Please make sure that you enter a valid email address. All items will be shipped via UPSP Flat rate. Shipping and insurance fees are paid by the customer and will be individually calculated based on the total amount of your order

Returns & Replacements

Since all of jewelry is handcrafted many pieces may have slight natural irregularities. Should the jewelry fail and examination reveals it was due to negligence on our part, we will replace the item at no cost or, if preferred, give a full refund. You may return or exchange the merchandise within 15 days.
